1. Cooling Off Period

As per Consumer Protection Act 2019, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of delivery for a full refund:

• Cooling Off Period: 3 calendar days from delivery date
• Unused Products: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging
• Tags and Labels: All tags, labels, and authenticity certificates must be intact
