Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, all candle products purchased from Abeer Candles (abeercandles.in) are non-returnable. We take great care in crafting and packaging each candle, and because candles are consumable goods sensitive to handling and storage conditions, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Damaged Items Exception
Abeer Candles stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted only when items are received in a damaged condition.
No Cancellations Policy
Once an order is placed on abeercandles.in, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final. Abeer Candles begins processing orders promptly after payment confirmation, and therefore we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Reporting Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact Abeer Candles at a.beer.candle@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage to the product and packaging.
What to Include in Your Report
When reporting a damaged item, please include your order number, photographs of the damaged product from multiple angles, a photograph of the outer packaging, and a brief description of the damage. This information helps Abeer Candles assess the claim quickly and provide a resolution.
Refund Process
Once Abeer Candles receives and reviews your damage claim with photographic evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Abeer Candles may also offer a replacement product as an alternative to a refund, subject to product availability.
